Theresa

Theresa has worked as a veterinary technician in South Florida for over 20 years and truly loves and excels at what she does. Her experience in the field, as well as her empathy and true respect for others, led to Dr. Rachel pursuing her to partner with her in starting Pet Surgery Center of Fort Lauderdale. Dr. Rachel and Theresa have been performing surgeries together since 2017.

Theresa cares deeply about each life in her hands and pays deep attention to your pet's care before, during and after surgery.  She attributes her calmness, quiet wisdom, joy and presence in the moment to her life-long practice of yoga. Theresa and her partner share their home with three pigs, two rescue kitties and four rescue pups.
